A European bank with main operations in 4 countries decided it wished to streamline its testing function and decided to centralize it in one country.  It hired ETHITEQUE to develop a Shared Service Center for testing which included determining an operational model, governance for projects and vendors, the onboarding process, roles and responsibilities and corporate career path, tools and templates, and an outsourcing strategy to determine when and how to use external testing companies to support the shared service center.

The outsourcing strategy was so well received that the corporation’s Strategic Sourcing Department asked permission to reuse it for other functions and services they use.
